How We Began
It all started in early 2021 when a decision I made changed my life. Feeling pressure on my upcoming exams, I decided to take my mind off it by heading to a local candle fair with my best friend.
As we walked through the fair, we were amazed by the variety of scents and the relaxing ambience that the candles created.
We were particularly drawn to the lavender-scented candles, which seemed to have a calming effect on them. As we left the fair, we managed to get ourselves a pair of lavender-scented candles.
Being students, we felt that school was difficult to get by, having to juggle between assignments and our personal lives.
Therefore, we hoped that using the candle could help allievate our stress. Upon lighting the candle, we will never forget the effect that it had on us, turning our surroundings into a cozy atmosphere for us to retreat without any worries weighing on our mind.
Wanting to relive that feeling again, it led to us crafting our own candles to cope with the stress of school. We spent many hours experimenting with different scents and wicks, and before we knew it, many months passed and what we once thought was just a hobby turned into a form of passion.
We would occasionally start handing out our candles to friends and family as a gift for them to enjoy. After hearing back from them about how our candles helped to relieve and relax their minds, we began to realize how much of an impact candles actually had on people's daily lives, especially during times of stress and anxiety.
This motivated us to design and create our own line of candles, with a mission to help many others destress and find peace of mind through the power of scented candles.
